At Atlas, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items on sale or discounted
- Worn or damaged products
- Customized or limited edition items (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
